Unprofessional, unprepared, double billed, charged hourly and travel time both. Pressured for a tip. Showed up in a tiny uhaul half full already and didn’t complete 30% of the move. The owner did nothing while some random guys off the street smoked weed and beat the walls and our stuff up.
